Rich Whitney Turner has covered presidential campaigns as a wire service reporter, been a journalism professor and university vice president. He has a Ph.D. from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School. Turner is the author of Tommy Babcock: A World War Two Thriller. He lives in Southern California.
